We just added Karaoke to our package today and found that multiple songs will not download. I have attempted this using two different systems both at the bar and at home with the same result, so I know it's not internet connection related. When you right click and say download to cache it acts like it's downloading but zips by really quick and doesn't download. Alternatively, if I try to simply load it on a deck it will come up with Error / Stream Unavailable.
A couple examples are "Fancy" by Reba and "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum and "Small Town Throwdown" by Brantley Gilbert. There are many others but those are a few of them.
Is there an issue going on that's causing this? Are there just a bunch of bad songs in the library? How can I fix this. We're planning to "Go Live" with Karaoke next week and it will really put a wrinkle in our plan if so many supposedly available songs are not truly available.
