Ok so a while ago I asked a question regarding content unlimited and playing downloads at gigs - I did receive a reply but cannot find the actual post anymore to refer to it, so sorry for asking again!
Like a lot of people, I have two PC's one for home use and a gig pc, the gig pc stays in its case until I need for a gig and I am normally always working on my music files on my home PC (VDJ wise).
I have an external drive that I connect to whatever PC I am using at the time and this ensures that all my files are up to date and include any changes made to them on my main PC (Cue's Anchors, tags etc etc). when the external drive is plugged into my Gig PC.
I really want to sign up to Content Unlimited as I know its a pretty good service and whilst checking for some pretty obscure tracks it pretty much had them all. The question is can I download the tracks directly to my external drive so that it is always sync'd and the files are available when I am using the gig pc.
A lot of the venues I work at do not have adequate internet connections (if any at all) for me to be able to use Content Unlimited whilst gigging so most of the time that's not an option.
I would be really grateful for any advice on this
