Once the sampler out put is set to channel 3 or what ever you choose it would stay that way so that the next time you open the program its already set.

A multiband 31 band eq for main out. other than an effect.

I'd image Onint would make that some way possible now.
 
There is already a 30 band EQ that can be assigned to master output. It works very well.
