Can you post a screenshot of the area where it's asking for a keycode? There are no keycodes in V8.
 
new here sorry if posted in wrong place. I purchased a used Stanton scs3 from ebay and serial on unit says error for le version
 
It's not possible to transfer VDJ licenses. Besides, the serial number on a piece of hardware is probably not the VDJ serial number.
 
Pls can anyone help with the license keycode for virtual dj8?

vdj uses your forum login to verify license not a key code guess u will have to buy it :-)

if you only have one laptop it will work don't worry about it.

There is no such thing. VDJ 8 does not use key codes (serial numbers).

Once you purchase a license, simply log in to VDJ 8 using your forum name and password.

we are not stupid it stops after 10 min then ask for a key code..........
 
I am not stupid either. I own VDJ Pro and am a V.I.P. forum member, meaning I have a lot of VDJ experience/knowledge.

VDJ 8 recognises each user from their login details. Once the license is registered on the web under your account, that is your key to the VDJ lock.

I own four different copies of Virtual DJ, and under the "My Licenses" page in my account here, three have serial numbers (all VDJ 7) and one does not - VDJ 8.
 
This goes out to all the people asking for a key code...
1. There IS NO keycode.
2. Buy the software and stop pirating! ._.
3. Use a freaking sign-in (your VDJ credentials) to sign yourself in. If the software recognizes you as a Pro user (or if you have bought it AND your PC/Mac is connected to the internet), it will sign you in as a Pro user (and maybe) change your version of VDJ to VDJ Pro, then you can use your controllers.

I ended up switching to Traktor since I was unable to buy VDJ. But please stop asking for a "key code" as there is NO "key code".

You need a paid licence not a home user licence.
