Hi
I use automix a lot, with a big playlist and the random on, and the dualdeck function.
sometimes I wanna prepare a track I DO want to be played next, not a random one, so I load it in the stopped deck.
the problem is one minute before it's going to be played, virtualdj changes it and picks a different track from the playlist, so I have to pick it again and load it if I see that in time.
what's happening? it's a bug? something I'm missing?
thanks!

Hi, first off I'm not an expert ... but I use automix quite a lot.
I don't think that it's a bug or somethin that you're missing but maybe you could try this and see if it works.
option 1.
turn off random, then throw your track into the playlist under the one that's now playing, it will then play, then turn random on again.
option 2.( and this is just fantastic ... VDJ8 is grrrr8!)
switch into single deck mode(you can assign a custom button), mix your next track in yourself with the cross fader onto the other deck, then switch back into 2 decks and "hey presto" at the end of the song you just played automix takes back over!
Play around with it bit, works super, in my opinion.
Practice 'n Enjoy

I found out the problem, I see it as a bug.
if autoremove played tracks is activated, both tracks are set as played when you reach the time set for that (40seconds default), and he deletes it and prepares a new track.
I just set 15 seconds as the time needed to set the played flag, enough for me, and it's almost impossible I prepare the next track before that, I will always prepare it after those 15 seconds, so the track is safe.
