C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Sorry but I am at my age of 71 not that good in computers and I cannot find any file under the letter H......or even V of Virtual Dj....but I cannot give up i think because I need it to work with the add-on XDj-Rx2...

Looks like you are at C:\Windows\System32\
You need to go to the \drivers\etc sub folder
Like: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Now i saw that Vdj is blocked in the outbound and inbound rules in Win Defender....but how to change that...remove the rule?....

OK BINGO?......THE IN/OUTBOUND RULES WERE 'CHANGED" BY ME AND I AM NOW LOGGED IN TO THE VDJ SERVERS....CAN REMOVE THE LOGO AND NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SOUND DRIVERS (I HOPE)....ONLY TESTING LATER.....SO NOT ALL SURE.......BUT THIS IS A GOOD STEP FORWARDS AND I LEARNED AGAIN AND THE NO 1 RULE IS DONT PANIC AND TAKE A VIAGRA................
