Hi all,
First karaoke show since early spring coming up, so I hooked up a display at home to see how v8 handled it. Couple of issues I need assistance with after looking though the manual and searching around the forums...
1) Video seems to be freezing up a lot on testing. Lyrics stop, then skip forward, then freeze for a bit, then jump ahead... I've got an nVidia GeForce GTX 765M card and an i7 processor with 16 gigs of ram on this PC, and v7 never skipped a beat so it shouldn't be a hardware issue.
2) v7 strechted out the image to the screen. v8 has letterboxed the image. I've tried the different settings but them seem to clip part of the image - is there no simple stretch-to-fit setting in v8?
Obviously the first issue is a lot more serious than the second issue (read: show-ending). My karaoke files are all zip's if that matters. Not sure where else to tweek to get this rolling. I have some other video shows coming up in the fall so I'd really like to get this all sorted, as like I said, this system ran video on v7 well.
Thanks.

try using a mpeg4 file to see how it does or another video format.
