Reloop Beatmix 2 is also natively supported in version 8.
Just make sure you run the latest controller's version (those are the 3 last digits of the software build), which is currently .751
The unit should be a plug n play

any body planning on making a skin for reloop beatmix 4?

Skins are not linked to controllers. You can use any skin with any controller.

You do not need to use a skin that duplicates your hardware on the screen. You have the real thing in front of you!

Until yesterday I was using VDJ 8 with my beatmix 4 without issues. While I was trying to customize the keyboard mapping I have probably deleted the custom default mapping for my beatmix 4 so it doesn't work anylonger. I removed the driver and the software VDJ and tried to reinstall both as for a first use. Nothing seems to solve my problem. Is there anyway I can reset to factory settings so I can use the device again as before? Thanks in advance for the answer ....

In CONTROLLERS tab of VirtualDJ settings, do you see the Reloop Beatmix 4 at the top-left list (detected controllers) ?
If you do, then click to select and then make sure the "factory default" mapping is selected from the right offered Mapping list.

If for any reason, you dont get the unit listed or the default mapping, please try the following :
- Make sure the /Devices folder is empty
- Make sure the setting disableBuiltinDefinitions is set to No (from Advanced Options)
- Re-plug your Beatmix to a different USB port.

PS. If all you want is to reset settings and start VirtualDJ as "fresh", then simply delete settings.xml from the /VirtualDJ folder and start the software.
