Im new to vdj. Im having a freezing problem but only when using my external hard drive. When im playing from the cloud I have no issues. I have a 1tb hard drive thats pretty full. Could this be the problem ?

If this only occurs when trying to load a song from the drive, then this is probably because the external drive has gone to sleep to save power. This is common for external drives.
