Topic: Content Unlimited Quality

I'm thinking about using Content Unlimited Audio or Video Plan and I am wondering about the quality of the files.

I rip all my music from CD's to Flac or another lossless format to get the best quality music.
I prefer not to use MP3 files except when playing on tiny computer speakers.

I also prefer to use HD videos if possible.

What format/quality does Content Unlimited provide?
