Topic: Application Blocked by Security Settings

I took a look at downloading some samples today. I got this message say that Security Setting has blocked this application.

Is there a way round this?

how do i stop it from blocking the application?
 
if is your antivirus program you can add vdj as a exclusion.not sure if this is with windows defender or MS security essentials...if you can do the same..
