I have a playlist with many different bpm and I need to play it on Automix.
I do not want it to slow down and speed up with beat matching, so I would like to know how
To adjust the settings to simply cut from one song on the playlist to another.

I usually use the setting two up from there. Some tracks have a long silent lead in or out.
