I recently purchased an American Audio VMS2 and both headphone cue buttons worked fine. The buttons right next to the load buttons. Now only the right one works. When I press the left one no LED light comes on and it doesn't cue at all. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I have a gig tonight and I really don't wanna beatmatch visually.

Sounds to me like a hardware fault, so you'll need to contact the retailer.
If the unit's new enough, they may just replace it rather than send it away for repair.
As for the gig, you'll have to use your backup equipment.

I have the same problem. I need to restart VDJ.. It's a new problem after one of the last updates. In the beginning of VDJ8 it works fine.
