Topic: Headphone Cue / Mix dial not working

Hello all,

I have the Hercules 4-MX and my headphones work, but they will only play my master. I've tried a few different things and i can't seem to get it to where i can use my headphones to play my cue. can someone help me please?

Does the selected audio configuration in Virtual DJ looks like this?
 
in add the knob "CUE/MIX" present in the console (top /right) must be counterclockwise if you want to hear the pfl in headphones, or clockwise if you want to hear the master in headphones.
