1) after using a Virtual Folder load songs into then working from that to create a play list, I can save the playlist and re open it but once I do I can never go back to that virtual folder with the playlist open to further work on the playlist.. very frustrating. It loads all the songs in the center section as well as the right playlist side. Not sure how this is supposed to work. I would think I could open a playlist and then add and subtract songs to it from any folder.
2) I have the Basic version the Paid copy, and the recommendations do not work.
if I open the free version they work great.. whats with that?
3) i keep getting asked to re enter my Serial number.. works after I do but why keep asking?
im on Mac 10.9
any help would be great..

you can modify your playlists but you need to manually enter the name to overwrite the old one.
