Just curious, what do others do when it comes to fixing equipment. I have a couple of lighting units and a laser that have just stopped working, is it worth all the hassle of getting them repaired or is it just quicker and easier (maybe cheaper) to just buy a replacement?

I guess it all depends on the unit and price of fixing it.
ex: $99.00 LED won't probably not worth fixing, just buy a new one.
$1000 unit might be worth getting fix if the price to fix it is less $300

I have $99 laser from ADJ. It had some lens issue. Replaced the lens myself for $12, so sometimes if you can fix it yourself its worth fixing.
