I am trying to map my controller to VDJ7 and I am somewhat successful but I still cannot get the wheels to work! please help!

I'm pretty sure you can't remap your controller with the LE version unless your using the Pro trial. The controller is natively supported in 7.4

What do you want exactly, the touchwheel, mode jog?

You need the pro version to map and customize, and you can upgrade from LE to PRO with a big discount, bottom of page here :

When pro user you can also download mappers, and see how its done :

But the jogwheels are pretty straight forwards to map, not sure if the mixtrack is touch sensitive or not, but try touchwheel or jogweel as action.
