I cannot play video through HDMI or a VGA converter. Will not extend to monitors. Another DJ that uses same system (different laptop) including VDJ) has zero probs. Dont know if I have a driver out or messed with a setting that is not allowing it to work properly. Help!

Check your on board video card settings, select dual view, make sure your monitors are connected before booting up lappy, then go into config and select your video card and tick box video.

Windows 7. Intel I 7. 8/750 gig. Added 16g SD card to help with V-memory.
Where do I find video card settings? Which boxes need to be checked (screen shot would be great) on video tab under VDJ config?

Do you have just a onboard Graphic Card or also a separate one with its own memory like a nVidia GTX 5xxx

It looks as if I have a NVIDIA GT 550M. Ive updated every driver on this darn computer and still nothing...

Which version of Windows 7 do you have?
If it's Windows 7 Starter, then it doesn't support multiple monitors and will need to be upgraded to use this feature.
