Topic: Poor sound quality when recording

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I had Atomix MP3 full version, and was promised that the sound would be dramatically improved with Virtual DJ, but I haven't noticed much improvement. When I make a promo mix, then burn to CD with Nero and split tracks, the sound when playing in a CD player is noticeably bad. There is a lot of hissing and skipping when being played. Is there something I am not doing right? Thanks in advance for all of your feedback.

djjean69: according to different technologies and burn speed, click and erros can occure as if you copy a perfect source.
Could you listen at the sound you try to burn (before you burn it) to be see if you have allready this 'poor quality' or not.
If not, it's a burning problem, and a VDJ problem.
Waiting for your feedback :)
