I went from PC to Mac what should I know and do as far as the setup goes before I did a gig with new computer ass hardware will work I made sure just wondering if there's anything else

Setup should be no different, at least for me it wasn't.

What hardware are you using?
 
Get familiar with the System Preference (on Dock) and the Utility Folder (within Applications).

This is where you will be dealing with your midi, display, sound, network and other important configurations.

It was meant for the op. Yes, I understood what he was saying, but I had to read it several times. I see he lives here, but English may not be his first language, so that is why I said it in a nice way.
 
I missed an "IS" too (should be "This IS where you will be dealing with...") that's why I asked.
