why am I connected through the Ethernet port on my dell laptop it says i'm connected to internet obviously im posting this message fronm it now then I open virtual dj 7.4 goto internet tab type in username and password but it says no internet why?

This is probably because a firewall is blocking it from connecting. Check your firewall software and/or hardware (router) to ensure that it's not blocking VirtualDJ from connecting.
