Topic: DJ Console MK4 will not install properly

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I had to install the VDJ software for my Hercules DJ Console MK4 onto a different computer. I upgraded the other system to a Numark MixDeck Quad (More issues there). The software installs OK, but it will not install the controller properly. It installs the sound card driver ok, but the other 3 drivers will not correctly install. System can't find drivers. I used the latest version of the software. It is installed on an HP DV7 laptop, 2.2 dual core AMD, 4 gigs of ram and ATI Radeon video. It is running on windows 7.

Please help!

Figured it out. Had to download and install latest drivers from Hercules site. Had to uninstall old ones first.
