perfectly assign the scratching on vdj with my 400'

i want to move the jog wheela little bit and have more movement on the vdj.
i kno i need to use the registry tool but i dont have a clue what settings to put

Try to increase the value of the setting Jog Sensitivity (Scratch) in CONFIG-->Options
 
it does nothing
its too slow... my back spin goes like 8 beats when i do the back spin
