Topic: Numark ndx900 firmware and cd issues??

Hi guys just joined up, I am a bit of a disaster with anything tech I learned to dj on vinyl and have had several turntables and cd players over the years. Anyway I have a set of ndx900 numark players nd was wondering if my firmware needs updating Ive checked and im on version 29, But the problem is i hav'nt got a clue where to start? I have also burnt some old tunes from a memory stick onto cd but they dont seem to play right (jumping in and out of time) any thoughts what this could be?

any thoughts would be great
