Is there any way to change the color of the waveforms in the Computed Beat Grid

Sure.
You will have to edit the XML file of the skin you're using.

Also have in mind that the CBG (grid) can have different color than the waveform itself, only if you use the old <rhythm> syntax (with graphics instead of html colors)
