Topic: Removing hardware owned from my account information

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I was wondering how to go about removing the hardware from my account if I don't own it anymore. Is there a way I can do that or does someone from VDJ need to do that?

Sorry, this is not possible because the icon comes from the registered VirtualDJ LE serial number of the device.

Once registered, VirtualDJ LE serial numbers are not transferable and cannot be removed from your account.
