Muss nicht unbedingt negativ sein, wobei man bei der GEMA nie so recht weiß... Aber ist zumindest ein richtiger Schritt, wenn dadurch die Verwaltungskosten verringert und die Künstler gerechter entlohnt werden.
Abwarten und Beobachten würde ich sagen ;)
