I actually get this about EVERYTIME i see someone new in the club i DJ at, but here is an example of last night
random - "you take requests?"
me - "sure, what ya got?"
random - "i'll write it down but you ain't got it"
and i'll admit, never heard the track, its something underground or out of my familiar genre.
i look it up in ContentUnlimited, boom got it, i prelisten to it, then mix it in
they are out on the floor and their group goes nuts.
for $9.99 a month, even using it for 1 gig a month, it can mean alot when that group tells the club owner and the staff you're the best DJ they've heard (just from having a song apparently other DJs haven't been able to play)
so is it worth it? well i've had good experiences with it....
