Topic: Virtual DJ 7 Pro keeps asking for Disc

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I recently upgraded from the Hercules RMX Mixer to a Hercules 4mx Mixer and for some reason it asks me to insert the 4mx disc before I can operate the mixer with virtual DJ. It just started doing this and I am very concerned. What do I need to do to fix this?

Have you tried inserting the disc????
 
Maybe it's looking for new drivers, so insert the disc and see what happens.
 
I restarted the laptop and it isn't asking for the disc right now. I'm gonna watch out for it though. Maybe it was something small who knows.
