Yes that would be perfect if whatever was already checked would cancel when another one is clicked. Does that make sense? Otherwise you have to uncheck and recheck if you only want to check one format.
 
I've not tried it, but I think it should be possible with a spot of scripting.

Each button would have code to turn itself on & the others off.
