ok i have a question..Does the Cbg have to be accurate? will it being off cause problems when mixing? I lastnight i noticed the cbg seem to be float and never really on point but i never really pay attention to it..

Depends how you mix...
If you do it by ear then the CBG won't affect the result.
It can affect loops if you're not setting the in & out points manually.
Basically, if you do the DJing then the CBG isn't that important. If you rely on the software to do certain things then it could be an issue.

Yup your samples will never match up, loops will always be off. Its best to try and correct them if you can.

Re-analyze the songs you have beat-tapped. On 95% of the cases, VirtualDJ will find the correct BPM. If the CBG is not in the correct position (shifted), find the 1st beat, pause the song, and press the BEAT TAP ..ONCE ! This will bring the CGB in the correct position without changing the BPM of the song.
Manual tapping will not be 100% accurate, so its normal the CBG not to be in correct position near the end of the song.

doenst seem to be the case with hiphop music it does seem fine with house but with hip hop and r&B (not talking predrummachine) it doesn't seem to figure it out right especially a song with alot of snare drum rolls..a nice version 8 improvement would be a standard 4 beat measure. And does it always analyze on load. Or does the analysis and beatgrid become part of the song file like traktor does just for example.

The analysis of the CBG only happens on these occasions:
1. The first time you load a track on a deck (if it hasn't been analyzed before)
2. When you manually tell VirtualDj to analyze the track (Right click on the file, scan for BPM)
3. When you explicitly tell VirtualDj to RE-ANALYZE the BPM/CBG (from inside the BPM Edit Window)
