i don't know what could be going on with my Virtual Dj pro. anytime it start up,it keeps telling me "protection error 8" and asking me to visit www.virtualdj.com/contact . can anybody put me through please?

You need to contact support as clearly instructed in the error message that you are getting. Nobody on the forums can help you with this sort of problem.

Please go to http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html and open a support ticket.
 
please help me. my virtualdj keeps telling me about error 8
