Topic: sync botten on the numark n4 left

i have a numark N4 and have a problem with the left sync botton on the controller, if i press the sync botton on my numark n4, virtuel dj sync botton, react to it, but do nothing about it, no matter if there are 1 bpm or 20 between the two songs. my right siync botton on the controller works everytime no matter what.
what could be the problem?

You need to set the MASTER to which it should sync before. This is when you are using a skin with more than 2 decks. Mostly there is a button ot text saying MASTER you can click to.

In my default skin is a text above the sync buttons.
