I am sure this info is out there, but I own a MacBook with virtual DJ full on it. The monitor is going out, currently not working, and I will either be purchasing a MacBook Air or a Mac mini... But I need instructions on how to get my virtual DJ on the new computer. I have the download version but can not locate my email with any download information.

very easy. All you have to do is register your serial number and you can download VDJ from your download center.
If you don't have the sn# number, raise a support ticket and they will get you going.

I bought my new MacBook Air today, and when I went to install virtual DJ 7, it only shows LE in my download center. I upgraded to 7 about 4 months ago.... I assume I need to setup a ticket? Hopefully this gets resolved quickly... I have a show and need the software this week.

If you upgraded to Pro, then you will need to register your Pro serial number to your profile: http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html

How do you enter a ticket. I am desperate. I have tried switching my virtual dj to another computer and don't remember the serial number. Help. How do you raise a ticket?
