Topic: White box at bottom of web page

Everytime I open up a message, something is loading and don\'t know if its VDJ web page related or not.
Here is a snapshot of it.

It\'s blank on far right of the screen as seen below.

Looks like your not logged in to the forums with the login boxes showing at the top of the page.

Usually appears when not shutting down normally, ie interupted power supply or using reset button.

Just log back in and see if that helps.
 
Looks like a Web page fault, it's happening to me too in IE. I'll report it on the webmaster forum.

Do you get the same white box if you visit e.g the Buy Page and stay there for a few seconds ?
It seems to be the Help Pop-up box that appears in several pages, prompting for assistance using Live Chat Support.
The reason for that window not appearing properly could be related to a missing JavaScript/Flash/etc Addon or a security setting blocking pop-up windows.
 
Same to me on IE, but the white box disappear after a while.
 
Me too, I get this for a moment then goes away. IE 8 xPro os

Seems like IE can have a problem loading the social buttons.
Will check why that is

Yes, they do seem to slow the site down sometimes.

Accessing the forum from the UK, some days it's OK but on other days the "social buttons"
take a long time to load and using the site becomes a real chore.
