Topic: Problem with my Numark N4 Effects select

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi I have had my N4 for a year now and what ever I try, the FX select knob will not work the way it should. It should scroll through the effects when the shift button is pressed but it does nothing. I have tried to reload the software and download mappers but nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas or have the same problem. I am using the pro software and the latest update. Cheers
