I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE EFFECT PLS HELP ME

Hello. You need to have and register your serial number at your profile.. Only then your status will be professional or limited user (dj console serial etc).. After which you can download. Profesional user get to access to all of the effect.. Plug in.. Etc

You need to have at least a LE license to download those goodies.
