since i have updated to the new update to vdj, i cant seem to cue properly. it sounds like im trying to scratch but im not. i checked the setting on vdj and on my mc 6000 im baffled. can anyone tell me what im missing here.

thanks but thats not it. when trying to cue a song and i move the table back i dont here the words of the song it sounds like im trying to scratch. i have all the updated drivers

You might need to adjust the Cue Jog sensitivity from Config-->Options

thanks again but ive done that too. its really strange. the mixer even has a scratch mode too and ive made sure its off as well. i really dont know what to do. it never did this before i went to the new update. maybe i do have an old firmware? how do i check? i went to the denon website and theres no dates listed so i dont remember if i have it or not.

I think its when you have Colored Waveforms ENABLED and have the Scratch pannnel ON. Try to change the pannel to Mixer or Video when you're cueing.
