If you have lost the installation CD/serial number, please see our FAQ pages: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Retrieve%20installation%20file%20or%20serial%20number.html
Also, if you have an old DJ console MK1 that only came with the PC version of VirtualDJ, then you are not entitled to the Mac version. The Mac version did not exist at the time the console was manufactured. If this is the case, then to use it with VirtualDJ on a Mac, you will need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - Your DJ Console Edition serial number should give you a discount assuming that it's not second hand and/or the discount hasn't already been used.

The latest drivers and firmware can be downloaded from Hercules support website - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common%20Device%20Drivers.html for a link.
To download DJ Console Edition for Mac, you will need to register your VirtualDJ Console Edition serial number to your profile page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download it from the Download Center once you have done this: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
