Of course. How else are you gonna find what you need to play? At least you are facing forward. Back in the day, your back was turned to the public, as you searched through your vinyl or CDs.

And I DO NOT miss it at all. Now a days, I turn my back when I don't want to talk to someone or i'm just plain fed up with em.

I love the pics of the guys with the panic ridden expressions, where you can tell they're listening to a trainwreck and their first point of reference is the waveform...first to hate on the sync button last to put the work into the mix.
Me I just turn auto-mix on and first pump all night whilst VDJ trainwrecks for me, winning :D.
