Topic: Record as mp3 file

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Just downloaded the 6.1.2 DJCEdition of Virtual DJ.

Now I want to record a mix in mp3 format.

I know there are some topics about an error regarding the mp3 decoder (lame).

But I can't even choose mp3. The only option I have is record as a wav.file.

I know I can convert to mp3 later on, but it is double work.

Anyone can help me?

maybe that's the limitation of the LE version you have.
 
recording in mp3 is not possible with a LE Version. You can use the home free version if you mix only with your computer or the Full Pro if you want to use your controller....
