Hello
I am currently working on a DJ mixing program and I was just wondering can I use the Virtual DJ 7 skin (with some alternations) without any logos of VDJ being used? Just the deck's look and the volume bars and so on...

I'm making a program that I want to sell.
I liked the vdj skin so i thought why not ask if it's ok.
 
Absolutely Not. You want to write a competitive product and use the VirtualDJ 'look' ? Not a wise move and goes towards copyright infringement.

This is why Atomix/VirtualDJ no longer permits the sharing of other DJ products look as a skin for VirtualDJ on our site. We respect our competition's efforts and branded look.

I would recommend that you provide a look and feel that would set your product as a separate and alternative brand away from anything else on the market.

It's not a competitive product its a mixing software but a different kind that I am producing myself.
