I think you should send that directly to support (or cstoll) rather than posting it here, where there's no guarantee they'll see it.
 

DJTech Mix 101 returned and puchased ION DJ2GO instead.

£20 more but works perfectly with VDJ.

Only thing I don't like is that the nudge wheels are too loose. It's easy to knock them and screw up your playing track. Easily fixed with some bluetac as I don't use them other than for cueing.
 

To avoid this, simply turn off vinyl (scratch) mode when you don't need to scratch. You can do this by holding down the LOAD button or via CONFIG -> Options.

It will then pitch bend if you accidentally knock it, which will be far less noticeable, especially if keylock is enabled.
