Is there any option in virtual dj to play video+cdg files. For example instead of mp3+cdg files i want to use mp4+cdg files. Is it possible?

If the karaoke is in MP4 video format then it can be played in VirtualDJ. It's no different from playing a normal music video.
The downside is unlike MP3+CDG karaoke (Separate MP3 (Music) and CDG (Lyrics) files), VirtualDJ can't tell it apart from normal music videos, so you would need to name and tag the files appropriately so you can easily tell they are karaoke, e.g: Artist - Title (DiscID) (Karaoke)
NOTE: You will need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional to be able to display full-screen video and/or karaoke in VirtualDJ: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - All other versions are limited to a small output window only.
