Topic: Auto Latency Settings ?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

on my computer if you go to control panel/numark usb audio/ the default (Auto Latency Settings) is = 256 Samples-7.3ms/32.7ms ? what is this setting and can i change it or should i change it and or is there an better setting to pick ?

Unless you're using a timecodes, it is best to stay on Auto latency.
