Topic: Songs not showing up in the search bar

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

When i type in a song title in the search bar, it doesnt turn up any results even though I clearly have it in my itunes. Anyone else have any problems with this?

You must add first the tracks/folder to VDJ serachDB.

VDJ and iTunes do not use the same ;-)
 
I was having the same problem - but I enabled 'search in drives' for the search "options" (the magnifying glass) next to the search box and it got the results I wanted.
