Hello there.
I have my PC desktop connecter to a router with a cable (not wireless). My Desktop PC can "see" this network with no problems (browse internet etc).
My iPad is connected to the same WiFi network. I can browse the net from my ipad.
I enable the iPad option on my Virtual DJ ver 7.0.5 on my PC, I run the app on the iPad but all I got is spinning icon and the "Trying to locate VirtualDJ" message. No devices are listed on my Virtual DJ software.
Any help on that???
(I run windows 7 and the iPad is iPad3. I cannot setup an adhoc network because my desktop PC doesnt have a wireless card or something...)
Thank you in advance

Thats most likely the reason lot of users have issues connecting iRemote with VirtualDJ.
From Wiki.. "Make sure that both your computer and the iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch are connected to the same wireless network and can see each other."
So if you find a way to connect your PC wireless, i am sure it will work for you.

Providing that both the wired and wireless parts of the router are part of the same local network (Same IP address range) it should work. With most routers this should be the case. But in some cases, they could be two different networks and/or firewalled.

I followed the steps on the wiki but with no luck. The firewall is turned off and there is only one network
