Topic: PCI express video with S or Rca out

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

So I got out of the biz for a year but time to step back in. What is a good recommended pci express video card with an Svideo out for the tv out? I know a lot of stopped selling this but please if somebody can point me to a link that I can buy. The tech end of computers I'm not great with. Thanks for you help.

I use my second VGA out to feed a monitor for karaoke. In between te PC and the monitor is a VGA to RCA/S-video adapter. The VGA signal passes thru, and I then have a RCA to feed whatever else I want.
