I have a mic, will it record in Virtual DJ and Broadcast if i put it in the mic through of the NUMARK DJ IO?

It depends what VDJ version you use and how your setup looks like.

But in general, YES!
 
You will need to purchase Basic or Pro Full version of VirtualDJ, as Home Free and Broadcaster versions do not support USB sound cards and MIC plugged on USB sound cards.
