Yes, can't argue with that. It is just that no new features have been introduced. And there are a few bugs that don't get fixed either.

They're working on a major release involving a complete software re-write, because there are elements of the software which require a fundamental overhaul in order to fulfil the vision of the developers. The current version on the other hand is rock solid and is holding its own against the other major players especially in controller integration.

We should be Patient but I don't think a little more info or dialogue would hurt.

I expect more news soon. From their official Twitter feed: "1 week from today expect to see #Leaked #VirtuaDJ8 photos from #AtlanticCity #DJTimes #DJExpo #GameChanger"

There's also the BPM exhibition in the UK for three days on October, so it would make a lot of sense for Atomix to have VDJ 8 ready on or before then - it's a major event on the DJ industry calendar.

Better late then broken, I'm very sure they are taking their time with this complex version of the software for good reason, more time Now...Less pain later...which way is better..?

Besides there are no Big problems with the current version and it's stable, Still can use it and make money, so no rushing is needed..
